A cup of coffee tea can be enjoyed solo, but is best when shared. Tazza Cafe and Patisserie’s name was coined from the owners’ idea of having a place where one can simply chill, and bring families and friends together over a cup of good coffee and satisfying food. The homegrown brand continues to grow its patrons by opening a second branch in Banilad Town Center.

Tazza opened its first branch in 2014 in Lahug, serving freshly roasted, single origin coffee competitiv­e in the third wave, alongside its now-well-loved cakes and pastries. With a demand for breakfast and food items, Tazza has created a full menu that includes soups, appetizers, salads, pastas, main entrees and sandwiches that are affordable.

To cater to its health-conscious patrons, Tazza offers torched salmon, yogurt granola bowl, Tupplenut salad and mango salad. For the meat lovers, there’s beef Stroganoff, pot roast beef and Angus beef sandwich.

Tazza has also released its limited-edition holiday offerings like the delicious five-layer chocolate Marvelous Cake, Christmas biscuits and more. Take advantage of its P1 cake slice for every order of a main entree and a drink.

Tazza Cafe and Patisserie is open every day from 7:30 a.m. to midnight at both of its branches in Tsai Hotel Residences, Wilson St., Lahug and Banilad Town Center.
