The options for holiday dining abound at the Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan, from elaborate and extensive buffets to specially curated dishes.
Reveillon at Saffron Café will spoil diners with a smorgasbord of holiday staples from antipasto and charcuterie to the hearty and tempting carving options of turkey and ham. Don’t miss the room full of desserts too. There are traditional Filipino sweets as well as international favorites. Reveillon is available on the Christmas week, from 24th to 30th of December.
One can also have the same week-long celebration at Azure Beach Club. Blue Christmas, the dining destination’s holiday offer, gives guests three-set menu options including seafood and meat platter selection with two side dishes and two glasses of wine or signature Christmas drink perfect for two. Dine on the 24th and 25th of December to enjoy the music of the season through the rendition of Cebu’s top saxophonists, Reydon Encinares and Jeofre Capangpangan.
On Christmas eve and Christmas day, dine at Enye by Chele Gonzalez. The resort’s Spanish restaurant will serve a signature five-course menu. Orange-glazed duck breast, grilled cod fish and foie gras smoked swordfish are among the dishes to look forward to. For those who like to celebrate with their favorite drink, the resort has reimagined the classics and created new beverages to get into the Christmas spirit. Two Turtle Doves, White Christmas and Vanilla Cinnamon Eggnog are just some of the must-try mixes.
