‘Harana Ta Bai’ musical experience at Terminal 2

“Harana Ta Bai at T2” is a musical experience for passengers arriving at or departing from Mactan Cebu International Airport’s (MCIA) Terminal 2 every Wednesday and Friday, 7 p.m.

Launched last Dec. 5 near the baggage claim area in time for the Yuletide season, this musical engagement activity features Cebuano talents performing different musical instruments with a baby grand piano as its mainstay.

For its launch, “Harana Ta Bai” featured solo pianist Patricia Samuelle Elle and seven members of the River of Life Symphony Orchestra Foundation: Mary Ann Bustamante Gonzaga and Eralyn Anino Fideles (violin), Junial Anino Fideles (viola), Jean Loren Ancot Roble (cello), Eliza Ancot Roble (double bass), Shaniah Bernadette Diaz Flores (flute) and Keark Adriane Kilantang Aro (piano).

SQE (safety, quality and environment) head said, “Through this musical initiative, we wish to give the travelers a delightful experience while they wait for their flight or as they arrive in MCIA.”

With “Harana,” the overall ambiance of the terminal will improve with a musical twist that will enhance passenger experience while at the MCIA.
