Free band-aid only vasectomy by foreign doctors on Feb. 20-23

-

No Scalpel Vasectomy International Inc. (NSVI) with foreign doctors will be in the Philippines to conduct the Modern Vasectomy (No-Needle/No-Scalpel) Mission in Manila on Feb. 18-19 and in Cebu on Feb 20-23.

Since 2001 in Cebu City, NSVI has provided modern vasectomy through the Filipino founders, who themselves had a vasectomy. The objective is to help poor Filipino men who have several children and don’t intend to have more.

The NSVI Phil Mission Team will be headed by the current NSVI president, Dr. Douglas Stein, American Urologists, from Tampa, Florida who has been providing NSV services in 16 locations in Florida.

Stein trains doctors to perform NSV. He organizes Vasectomy Networks to exchange experiences with vasectomists worldwide. He also organizes missions in developing countries with rapid population growth and performs vasectomy reversals. He has performed over 44,000 vasectomies.

NSVI is the first to introduce the No-Needle/No-Scalpel Vasectomy in the Philippines. No-Needle NSV is a safe, simple and quick (15 minutes average) procedure entailing no incision and no suture, just Band-Aid! and No-Needle anesthesia. It is 99.85 percent effective if instructions are followed.

After NSV there are no changes in the semen, sex drive, climax sensation, in the testes or scrotum, or in erections.

The team will be at the Sacred Heart Hospital from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Feb 20-23, Cebu City Health from 1 - 4 p.m. on Feb 20, and Babag Lying-In Clinic from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Feb 22.

Information on NSV is available in NSVI’s website nsvi.org or in its Facebook page: NSVI.Inc. An orientation will be held during the mission before the procedure. For more details and coordination, please contact FB Acct: Frohnie D. Cagalitan or 0923-882-2386.
