Start the celebratio­n with a sweet treat from Madeleine – Chef Xavier’s luscious chocolate mousse layered with shards and almond sponge.

On graduation day, swing by UNO and enjoy a compliment­ary buffet when dining with three paying adults. For a big group, UNO has a 10+5 buffet where five get to eat for free for every group of 15 diners. Make sure to book a table in advance.

If one prefers authentic Chinese dishes created with homemade tauhu, head to Tin Gow and delight in Chef Low’s selection which includes deepfried tauhu Hakka style, deepfried fish paste tauhu style, steamed tauhu with minced pork and mushroom and stirfried tauhu with sea cucumber and oyster sauce.

For meals in a bowl, Café Fortuna serves batchoy and miki noodles with a choice of pork, chicken or beef for the meat and broth. One may also celebrate at the Lobby Lounge for an afternoon tea with special treats.

La Gondola is joining in with an authentic Italian appetizer buffet good for four persons from 6 to 10 p.m. every Thursday to Sunday.

For a Japanese feast, relish Mizu’s Dragon Roll Sushi – sushi rice rolled with unagi and cream cheese and topped with spicy prawn salad.
