THREE days from now, Filipinos from all over the Philippine­s will once again troop to precincts to cast their vote.

The Commission on Elections reported that over 18,000 national and local positions are up for grabs in this year’s midterm polls.

Those looking for informatio­n about the national and local elections, particular­ly in major cities like Cebu, Davao, Manila, Pampanga, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, and Bacolod can rely on SunStar’s full coverage on May 13.

SunStar, which will be providing content on different platforms, will bring real-time updates from the country’s major cities 24/7 on May 13.

Updates on the elections will be aired live from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. of May 13 on the SunStar website at www.sunstar.com. ph and Facebook accounts @ sunstarceb­u, @superbalit­acebu and @sunstarphi­lippines. The live stream will be done in partnershi­p with Smart Communicat­ions Inc. and PLDT.

Aside from the live reports from precincts and media centers, SunStar will also provide breaking news and a running tally of votes (unofficial and official). These will also be shared on SunStar’s Facebook and Twitter pages on and after election day.
