ENYE CELEBRATES TWO YEARS OF AUTHENTIC SPANISH FOOD
ENYE by Chele Gonzalez has established itself as the goto place for food enthusiasts seeking comfort in authentic Spanish cuisine. As Enye celebrates its second anniversary, the culinary team has put together a special anniversary menu that celebrates both authenticity and creativity while providing premium and top-shelf-quality products for an indulgent night.
The four-course menu includes an entrée of white snapper and scallop ceviche with strawberry gazpacho, followed by rock lobster with cauliflower textures and garlic butter.
For the main course, take a bite of the savory grilled beef tenderloin with potato terrine and porcini jam. For dessert, enjoy the decadence of milk brioche with anise ice cream.
This special set dinner menu is available only this August at P2,000 net. A selection of Spanish wines is also available from P220 net per glass or P2,600 net per bottle.
