Filipino Homes to stage 8th annual convention in Cebu

CEBU-BASED real estate services firm Filipino Homes is hosting its eighth annual Real Estate National Convention in Cebu to further promote the real estate marketing profession in the country.

The three-day convention happening on Oct. 26, 27 and 28, 2019 at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino is said to gather over 1,000 real estate profession­als and developers from all over the country.

Filipino Homes founder Anthony Gerard Leuterio said government leaders from the Profession­al Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service and Department of Labor and Employment as well as real estate experts are expected to share updates and profession­al mentorship during the convention.

During the event, Filipino Homes will also be awarding top performing real estate agents and developers for 2019.

“We will be awarding top 10 developers as they continue to boost the property developmen­t in the country, particular­ly in the residentia­l segment,” said Leuterio.

Filipino Homes invited Ofelia Binag, chairperso­n of the Profession­al Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service, to discuss the various programs of the agency that would help enhance the country’s real estate services and promote profession­alism among stakeholde­rs in the industry.

Leuterio also invited Labor Secretary Silvestre Belo III to talk about the integratio­n of real estate marketers to the labor force and the government programs that will support and protect this growing industry.

“This is a gathering where we can learn from one another and share best practices to further elevate the country’s footing in the real estate profession and business,” said Leuterio.

The convention will also highlight talks of real estate experts like Eduardo Ong and Andy Mañalac who will talk about the new trends in real estate, best practices in real estate selling and the new real estate markets to tap in today’s digital market.
