• Urdaneta Park, a testimonial to the Spanish friar, navigator, and cosmographer for whom the city is named, is the work of four National Artists (sculptors Napoleon Abueva and Abdulmari Asia Imao, landscape artist Ildefonso Santos and writer Dr. Alejandro Roces).
