Oro China, 55 years of fine jewelry
Brilliant, beguiling, beautiful! These are just a few words to describe the scintillating, delicate pieces of quality jewelry designed and produced by local entrepreneur Oro China. Has it been 55 years? Absolutely! Their pieces like earrings, necklaces, pendants, bangles, rings, bracelets and more are selling like the proverbial hotcakes soon after they are put on display.
The success story speaks for itself. But business didn’t come easy for struggling couple, the late Ty Han Hua and wife Lucita. But after struggle, rewards came soon. The couple’s son Harry John and his wife Jennifer have now taken over the business.
Recently, they called for a fabulous two-day celebration that started at The Pig & Palm for dinner to introduce its brand ambassador, Cheska Garcia-Kramer, and the gorgeous local beauties that would grace the fashion show next day at Waterfront Cebu City Hotel and Casino.
Of course, prominent fashion designers like Cary Santiago, Hans Coquilla, Philip Tampus, Jun Escario, Mike Yapching, Philip Rodriguez, Rei Escario and Protacio lent their artistic talents, but the focus was still on the glamorous, brilliant pieces!
The style trends featured fashion from movie themes, the sizzling ambience of the Iberian Peninsula and an array of monochromatic hues from haute couture.
Indeed, Oro China also has 40 more reasons to celebrate, with 40 branches nationwide. So for the finale of the night, a dazzling bonus—55 percent discount on all items on display!
Their gratitude goes out to all their clients, friends and all!
