100% passing for AdDU grads
ATENEO de Davao University garnered 100 percent passing rate for first-time takers in both the October 2016 Chemist Licensure Examination and the September 2016 Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination, with a topnotcher for the engineering exams.
Nichol Ivan Allawan ranked 10th place with an 88.7 percent rating in the ME board.
Allawan was one of the ten graduates of BSME who are now licensed mechanic engineers. The nine are: David Drei Alcantara, Ranier Alexis Banzon, John Mark Diel, Nico Paolo Lopez, Luis Alberto Mata, Blessa Jeane Maghunong, Dave Lester Montero, Mark Anthony Penados, and Neal Arc Sosa.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced 3,110 out of 4,470 passed the Mechanical Engineer Licensure Examination given by the PRC Board of Mechanical Engineering in different testing centers last September 28-29.
Meanwhile, the new licensed chemists are: Gio Albert Ang, Le Grande Dolino, Lourdon Villacarlos, and Adrienne Mae Zabate.
A total of 1,019 took the Chemist Licensure Exams given last October 4-5. Only 559 passed.
The results of the October 2016 Licensure Examination for Certified Public Accounts has already been released.
The complete list of Addu passers, however, has not yet been released as of presstime.
