Pdea 11 public information officer Nephi Noli Dimaandal said the three suspects were arrested after they all sold plastic sachets containing suspected shabu to agents who posed as buyers on their respective drug-bust operations.

Pdea agents first arrested Javier at around 11:05 a.m. inside a lodging inn in Shanghai in Matina Aplaya, Davao City. Recovered from his possession were one sachet of suspected shabu and P1,000 marked money.
