Granville opens

PEOPLE who belong in the middle class can now experience high-quality housing amenities offered by Prestige Homes and Realty Development (PHRDC)’s first-ever project, Granville Subdivision.

Last month, Granville Subdivision inaugurated its amenities that include a basketball court, long-tennis court, gazebo, chapel, and a clubhouse that features a swimming pool and a children's playground.

PHRDC Owners Miraluna Cerbo and Manuel Cerbo Jr. said what made Granville Subdivision different from other competitors in the city is its less-than-a-million house with full use of amenities.

“In other subdivisions, they only allow amenities' usage for P1 million to P4 million house buyers," Manuel said.

Granville Subdivision has four areas - Granville 1, Granville 2, Granville 3, and Granville Crest.

Miraluna said the 650 houses in Granville 1 were already sold out and the turn-over of the houses have already started. For Granville 2, the construction of 350 houses will be starting at the first quarter of 2018 and will be turned-over at the third quarter.

Granville 3 and Granville Crest, on the other hand, are both 80 percent sold out. She added that both 3 and Crest are in land development stage and the construction will be on the first quarter of 2019 and will be turned over at 2020.

"The reason why many people chose to buy houseand -lot in Grandville Subdivision is that we are the best subdivision for middle-class people. Grandville is specially built for minimum-wage workers who want to have a house for their families," Miraluna said.

As a couple owning this real estate company, both Miraluna and Manuel wanted Granville to be a subdivision for middle-class families who want to live in a peaceful and harmonious environment.

Manuel invited interested buyers to come in PHRDC office and inquire about Granville 3 and Granville Crest as both still has some few slots left.

PHRDC was established with the aim of responding to the growing real estate and construction industry of Davao City, especially in building subdivision projects.
