Phinma tops off 4th Arezzo building
PHINMA Properties topped off their fourth building for Arezzo Place last Friday, September 8, 2017 and targets to finish the structure by the first quarter of next year.
According to Project Director engineer Gene Arcena, their first building had been turned over while they target to finish the construction of the second and the third building by the last quarter of 2017.
Arezzo Place Davao, which is located at Doña Pilar, Pampanga, Davao City, is a 12-building residential property. Target completion of the foundation for the fifth building by the 2nd quarter of 2018.
The entire 12-building development is to be completed by the next two years, said Arcena.
“We are planning that by the end of 2017, we already have 5 structures that are already built and are visible,” said Arcena.
Each building is 5-storey high and is composed of 18 units per floor. Unit area varies from 30 square meters (sqm) to 32.4 sqm. All the units offered are studio units but Arcena said clients have the option to purchase two units and fuse them together to become one. The current price for each unit is about P2.1 million.
He also said that all their five buildings are already sold out with most of the buyers are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), start-up families, retirees, business people, and those families from nearby cities such as General Santos City, Cotabato City, and Tagum City with children studying here in Davao.
Construction Management Division Manager architect Cris Iglesias also said they are currently working on the comple-
tion of the clubhouse and target to have it done within the month.
“As far as quality is concerned, the amenities and everything, I think we are better off in terms of affordability. So our quality and affordability is balanced,” said Iglesias when asked how he thinks Arezzo Place Davao is compared to the other residential development in the city.
