Atom bids goodbye to ABS-CBN

-

TELEVISION host/ journalist Atom Araullo announced Friday on Umagang Kay Ganda that he is leaving ABSCBN.

The journalist said that he wants to pursue new opportunities outside of the TV network this time.

So marami, marami akong susubukan," he stated.

Atom shared that the management supports his decision.

Atom has been part of the network for 13 years. He started in ABS-CBN’s Studio 23 in 2004.

ABS-CBN has released a statement and wishes Atom the best in his future endeavors.

"ABS-CBN has allowed journalist Atom Araullo to explore new interests in film, broadcast and digital media outside of the company. Atom says the training and exposure he got from the network as reporter and TV host have equipped him to try out other opportunities in the media industry here and abroad," the statement said.

It added, "ABS-CBN wishes Atom all the best in his future endeavors. He will always remain a Kapamilya."
