FOOD scene in Davao City is undeniably growing as the market is showing an overwhelming support and appreciation to food players here especially on food fairs and bazaars.

One of the frequent participants of food fairs here is Aloha Organic Garden, a homegrown firm engaged in agribusiness.

This time, Aloha offers something new to the market, the Koko Roast Beef.

“Unlike from others, our roast beef is prepared using organic ingredients, like herbs and sauces from turmeric, it is a natural meat tenderizer,” Donna Sajulga shared.

The roasted beef is made extra special as it was smoked with dried Tarragon stem and leaves before roasting under wood charcoal.

“Our sauce is also special as it is made from yogurt which was blended with herbs and spices grown by Aloha,” she added.

The roast beef is being sold P1,100 per kilo. It is also available in packs and can be bought in Bekos Biik Kitchen.

Aloha will be participating in The Weekend Market in SM Lanang Premier this October 19-22.

“We will be highlighting during the fair our roast beef and we will feature additional offerings in our menu like the Steak Salad with Alfalfa sprouts, Butcher Steak Sandwich, Passion Pork Satay, Basil Rice, Wagyu Bbq, and Herb Stuffed Isaw,” she said.

Aloha Organic Garden, for years, has taken the lead in promoting organic living in the city. It has over threehectare farm in Mahayag, Bunawan, Davao City.
