Mobile app boosts Power Mac Center services

-

AS part of its commitment to provide premium service every day, premier Apple reseller Power Mac Center is launching PMCService, a new mobile app with essential servicerelated features that gives customers full access to any of its Service Center offerings online anytime.

With the new PMCService app, users can easily book an appointment on their preferred schedule and track their device’s repair status online and in real time, giving them hassle-free updates on their device. This eliminates the need to personally check up on the repair or be in constant communication with the service providers.

Additionally, the mobile app has provisions for checking of warranty coverage, navigating the list of repair services covered and available in Power Mac Center service centers, and locating the nearest branch, making it a one-stop shop for information on service center offerings. With a user-friendly interface, even non-techie customers will appreciate the ease of use, navigability, and accessibility the app provides.

“There is rising demand for real-time access to services and other information among our customers. Power Mac Center wants to provide complete care to the Filipino Apple market so we created the PMCService app, which is the first of its kind, yet to be offered by other Apple Authorized Service Providers in the Philippines,” said Power Mac Center Marketing Director Joey Alvarez.

The PMCService app will be available for download in the App Store starting October 27, 2017. Customers may ask for assistance on downloading the mobile app by visiting the Power Mac Center Apple Authorized Service Provider at The Annex at SM City North EDSA, Northeast Square, SM Megamall, SM Aura Premier, Glorietta 5, SM Mall of Asia, Festival Supermall, Cebu Business Park, Abreeza Mall Davao, or KCC Mall De Zamboanga.
