2 face raps for mischief

TWO men are facing charges before the court for causing public disturbance at Bolton Isla in Barangay 40-D in Davao City last month.

Charged with Alarms and Scandals were Patrick Balondoy Lotola and Louie Tingson Quinones, both residents of the same barangay.

Prosecutor Maria Cynthia Adao-Prat found probable cause to charge the accused based on the complaint filed by the victim Robert Villacampa.

In a resolution dated November 6, the two accused were arrested around 12:10 a.m. on October 15 after they were seen throwing rocks on rooftops and walls at the houses nearby Felcris Central in Quimpo Boulevard.

According to the complainant, he saw the two accused along with other unidentified youngsters hurling stones against another group.

The incident created disturbance and fear endangering the lives of the motoring public and residents of the barangay thus the accused were arrested.

Villacampa headed to San Pedro Police Station and lodged complaint against the two accused so the incident will not happen again.
