HR Supervisor
Primarily responsible in all transactional and transformational HR duties of the Company by ensuring quality and timely talent acquisition requirements, salary and benefit administration support, implementation of employee relations and performance infrastructure and training and development programs. Generally serves as the organization’s gatekeeper of its employee brand.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of degree in Human Resource Management, Social Science,
Phychology or any related behavioral science courses • With at least (5) years of solid experience in corporate HR • Applicants with background on organizational development are in
advantage • Honest, reliable, systematic, innovative yet keen to details • Excellent command in both oral and written communication, facilitation
and interview skills • With deep sense of urgency • Can work with less supervision and can handle multiple tasks • Able to establish and maintain effective relationship with colleagues in
all levels • Has good working knowledge in all government mandatory employee
