Biz invited to join Kahayag sa Davao

BUSINESS establishments within the three congressional districts of Davao City were invited to join the annual Kahayag sa Davao competition.

The Davao City Investment and Promotions Center (DCIPC) in its official FB account last Tuesday invited establishments to decorate this Christmas with festive lights and thematic decor.

"Kahayag sa Davao is the annual Christmas lighs competition held by the City Government of Davao to be participated by various business establishments in Davao City, utilizing festive and dazzling lights, thematic decorations, and holiday trees to celebrate the Christmas season," DCIPC announced.

Based on the posted mechanics, the contest is open to all establishments

in the following key areas in Davao City.

For first district entries will be from Ulas to J.P Laurel (Before Buhangin flyover; 2nd district from Agdao, Buhangin Proper to Sasa; and 3rd district wil be in Toril proper.

Establishments must be operating legally as evidenced by business permit and a photocopy of business permit should be attached with the entry form.

There will be one set of winners per congressional district, wherein the champions win P100,000; P50,000 for the second place; and P30,000 for the third place.

The contest period is from December 1 to 22.

The winners will be announced on December 22, 2017, during the parade for the Pasko Fiesta event. KVC
