DCWD collection centers, offices holiday skeds

In accordance to the holiday declarations for the Christmas and New Year celebrations, Davao City Water District’s collection centers in Victoria Plaza, SM Lanang Premier, and Felcris Centrale will be closed on December 24, 25, 30, and 31, 2017 and on January 1 and 2, 2018. The Bajada and Matina offices will also be closed on the mentioned dates including December 26.

However, the collection centers will be open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM from December 26 to 29 while Bajada and Matina offices will be open from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM

and Toril office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from December 27 to 29.

Normal operation of all DCWD collection centers and offices will resume on January 3, 2018.

Despite the closure of collection centers and offices on said dates, the DCWD management assures that its technical and Call Center / Central Information Unit (CIU) operations will not be disrupted to ensure continuous water service and offsite customer service support.
