Kick off your year as a foodie this 2018 with a brunch or dinner at Claude's Le cafe de Ville this January as one of Davao City's popular restaurants will be offering its diners a new dining experience.

Clarisse Le Neindre said the restaurant will be offering its diners the Weekday Brunch Buffet starting on January 8, 2018 and Dinner Weekend Buffet starting on January 19, 2017. The brunch buffet is pegged at P600 while dinner is pegged at P750.

The brunch buffet will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Monday to Friday for the whole month of January. Some of the food that will be served during the brunch buffet include salads, freshly cooked eggs (any style), bacon, ham, sausages, tapa, and pastries, among others.

The dinner buffet will be at 6 p.m. every Friday and Saturday. Clarisse said diners can expect four to five kinds of appetizers and desserts and up to seven main courses. Food that will be served include cured tuna, pasta, mashed potatoes, roast chicken and beef, chicken cordon bleu, and pork medallion, among others.

"We are giving our diners a buffet that is affordable but at the same time is of good quality," said Clarisse.

She said offering buffet at the restaurant is part of their efforts to keep up with the food trends, one of which is more and more diners looking for a quality buffet.

"Claude's has been doing buffet for some functions and it is about time we follow the trend (having buffets) but not taking away the quality of the food," Clarisse said.

"We are looking at extending the buffet promo depending on the response of our clients,"

Clarisse added. Aside from the buffet, they will be still offering the dishes on their menu. Meanwhile, on January 4, 2018, Claude's will have a one-day steak event where they will be offering a 30% discount on their steaks. Clarisse said this will not be a buffet but an a la carte. Claude's Le cafe de Ville is located at the Oboza Heritage house, corner Ponciano and Rizal Sts. (across Manila Buletin office).
