TAGUM CITY – Taxpayers and businessmen operating in Tagum City, Davao del Norte only have three days left to renew their business permits for 2018.

Since the New City Hall opened its atrium on January 3 for business transactions, the public has continued to pour to process their requests. The city also boasts of its systematic way of processing documents aiming to efficiently serve its people.

Through Tagum City’s so called Three-Step BusiZAMBOANGA ness One-Stop Shop (3BOSS), renewal of business permits and licenses has been made easier and faster for clients as it offers only three steps in the process – abbreviated as APR or Assess, Pay, and Release, all to be transacted in one location.

With this quick-pacing process, a greater number of permits are being released per day, and in fact, 220 permits had been released on the first day of the renewal operation last January 3.

This year’s renewal of business permit marks the second implementation of the 3-BOSS system, with high-quality facilities and equipment used in the duration of the renewal processing to ensure fast and efficient services, all the while providing freebies such as snacks and refreshments for the clients.

Business License Officer Ms. Noeme Evelyn Y. Cacayorin said that it is their motive to provide comfortable services to all transacting taxpayers and clients. Ms. Cacayorin also encourages all taxpayers in the city to renew their permits on time to avoid penalty charges.

With the enthusiastic response of taxpayers for being well-treated in their renewal of business permit transaction, the efficiency of the 3-BOSS system is a sure way that proves the city’s commendation as a most businessfriendly local government.
