Second chance for Carlo, Angelica?

MANILA – A lot of people know by now how close Bela Padilla is to Angelica Panganiban. It is also no secret that Padilla recently did a movie with Panganiban’s ex-boyfriend, Carlo Aquino.

Hence, it seems natural for Padilla to be asked if she thinks there is a possibility for the two to get back together.

In an interview with the entertainment site Push, Padilla said: “Hindi ko alam kung nandoon sila sa point ng buhay nila na match pa rin sila. Puwede. Why not? Lahat naman ng single may chance.”

Padilla said that is also the theme of her movie with Aquino, titled “Meet Me in St. Gallen.”

The movie, which was shot in Switzerland, will be shown in cinemas nationwide on February 7.

“Yun nga ang kuwento eh. Lahat ng dalawang taong single naman at walang inaapakang tao ay may chance na ma-in love sa isa’t isa,” she said.

According to Padilla, she never asked Aquino and Panganiban about their former relationship.

“Hindi naman ako nanghihimasok or nagtatanong at same din kay Angge at Kim (Chiu). Ganon din naman din sila sa akin,” she said.

In a recent interview on “Tonight with Boy Abunda,” Panganiban mentioned that she is not the type of person who dates an ex.

Aquino, on the other hand, admitted that he and his girlfriend for six years are currently going through “something.”

Nonetheless, Aquino and Panganiban have remained good friends.
