The buffet will offer a salad bar, charcuterie, canapes, soups, Pan sear mahi-mahi in lime butter sauce with dill, Apple glazed chicken with sauteed apples, Roast beef tenderloin, and cakes, among other delicious food and desserts.
You can also enjoy an intimate dinner at the RBG Bar and Grill with their Valentine's Day Set for P1,200 net for two. The dinner includes soup, main course, and dessert. For the soup the restaurant has prepared Tomato Soup with couscous and kesong puti. For the main course, choose from Seard Chicken with creamy mushroom sauce; Salmon with maple and mustard sauce; and Grilled Beef Tenderloin with barbecue portabello mushroom sauce in red wine reduction. For dessert, they have prepared a Raspberry Mouse Cake. The Valentine's Day set is available for dinner on February 10 to 13, 17, and 24 to 28, 2018.
