Matina Enclaves recognizes top sellers

WITH undeniable success roaring for Matina Enclaves, the homegrown developer gives high regards to its hardworking and brilliant sellers and brokers.

Just last Friday, February 23, Matina Enclaves had its regular monthly Top Sellers Banquet held at the Kamayo Café in The Royal Mandaya Hotel. The purpose is simple but important: recognize the frontrunners of the real-estate project.

Matina Enclaves project director Gerald Kent Garces in a previous report shared that relationship with the sellers is valued most by the company.

Escandor Development Corporation (Esdevco), the developer of Matina Enclaves emphasized that the sellers are major players in the success of this project.

For January this year, the top performing realty are Leuterio Realty represented by Anthony Leuterio, a registered broker (REB), Ablas Realty represented by Letecia Ablas, REB, and Realty Options Inc. represented by Samuel Lao, REB.

Meanwhile, sellers are also recognized individually. Matina Enclaves named Solomon Bañez, REB of Bañez Realtyas the top performing seller followed by Maria Teresa Campaner (Ablas Realty), Juvy Deangkinay (Ablas Realty), Janine Princess Romero (Romero Realty), Lalaine Corro, REB (Corro Realty), Jiphanny Magada (Leuterio Realty), Reyboy Gudmalin, REB, Rechelle Tabalan (Leuterio Realty), and Manfred Lawas (Leuterio Realty).

The Sales Team of Matina Enclaves was also there to celebrate and was recognized for its hard work.
