Did a politician sire a daughter with Marjorie Barretto?

-

When the Barrettos introduced their "little princess," on social media, it sparked speculation as to the real identity of "little princess".

Marjorie's daughter Julia, 20, is a TV and movie star whose Instagram account has a following of nearly five million. On that page, Julia shared a video of the girl being affectionate with her, captioned, "Show her all the love she deserves."

In the comments, Julia's followers noted the resemblance between her and the "little princess," with some speculating they may be sisters.

Julia is one of Marjorie's children with comedian Dennis Padilla, the other two being Claudia, a neophyte recording artist, and Leon. Marjorie's eldest child, Dani, is from a past relationship with former actor Kier Legaspi.

Dani, a travel and lifestyle blogger, likewise posted a photo with the same "little princess" on Instagram Monday, with the caption: "That smile. That sweet sweet smile. Ever since you came, you’ve brought nothing but joy to our lives."

Leon, Marjorie's youngest with Padilla, similarly shared solo shots of the " princess."

Followers of Marjorie found a clearer indication of the girl's identity in her own posts, including a photo of them on a snowmobile together in wintry Japan. While Marjorie did not explicitly mention her relationship with the girl, she referred to her as "baby" in one caption.

Hawk-eyed followers, meanwhile, noted that the photos in Japan appear to have been taken during the same family trip in December that they'd previously posted about. However, at the time, none of the family shots shared by Marjorie and her celebrity kids included the girl.

With several photos of the "little princess" now out on social media, fans of the Barretto clan have dredged up past rumors involving Marjorie, specifically a persistent one in 2009 regarding a supposed pregnancy. At the time, Marjorie, through her manager June Rufino, denied reports that the actress flew to the US to give birth to a child supposedly with politician Recom Echiverri. abs-cbn.com
