Skynora Hub opens

- By Jennie P. Arado

SKYNORA Hub, eyed to be the one of the premium co-working spaces in Mindanao, was officially inaugurated on Thursday, March 8.

Located at the 4th and 5th floors of the new building of Robinson’s Cybergate Delta along J.P. Laurel Avenue, Skynora Hub has a 491-seating capacity per floor per shift while each floor measures about 2,500 square meters.

Their floors are complete with executive offices, executive pantry, lounges, and toilets aside from the main office spaces. The renting companies can also opt for personalized furnishings such as the color of the seats, or their company logo to be installed on a specific spot.

“Skynora Hub will be the most premium, highend co-working space in Mindanao. We plan on opening a whole host of solutions and lots of amenities within our coworking spaces. For example, for everyone in the co-working space, we’ll have things like free water, coffee, and tea, printing services, locker rental, mailbox rental, equipment for rental, meeting rooms and multi-use room,” said Skynora Hub President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Asaad Qureshi said.

He added the spaces will be open for everyone who would need a coworking space conducive for their study and work – from students to professionals.

In an earlier interview with Skynora Marketing Manager Gleen Mayer Bagani, their office space is ideal for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies that wish to expand to Davao City. He said the interested investors can move in the spaces that are already fully furnished – from the furniture to the interiors.

Unlike the other leasing spaces that are leased per square meter, their floors are divided into different quadrants that the investors can choose from. Quadrants vary in different sizes, seating capacities, and available facilities depending on the needs of the company. (For full story visit www. sunstar.com.ph/davao/)
