1st Digital Easter Egg Hunt

Forget the standard candy in an Easter Egg Hunt this year! Just incorporate digital into your Easter Egg Hunt and you get an augmented reality Easter Egg Hunt. Last April 1, 2017, SM Lanang Premier delighted customers with a fresh, exciting take on the well-loved egg hunt, this time giving an innovative twist, through infusing fun technology.

Excited shoppers lined up early, eager to try the newest digital Easter game, where a big screen is stationed at the Atrium, and a video material of colorful Easter eggs appeared on the screen. The interactive game featured colorful bouncing, hopping and shaking eggs, which will eventually crack and will reveal unique OR codes where participating shoppers can scan on their phones to win prizes.

It was one of the most fun and priceless moments seeing parents and kids playing altogether, forming an ally in a hope to win a prize. I have to say the interactive game was a challenge to parents than the kids, who was better comprehending the game instructions. Some take longer than others, and some need extra help, but it was truly a joy to see them all amused and smiling from ear to ear.

For a minimum proof of purchase worth P1, 000.00 for both single and accumulated transaction one can qualify to play the interactive game. Registrants are advised to download or check their phone’s QR code scanner or reader before proceeding.

Winners took home Vivo V3Max, Air Asia Trip for two flights to any domestic and Asian destination, and gift certificates from Park Inn by Radisson, Forever 21, Toy Kingdom, Krispy Kreme, Max’s Restaurant, Jollibee and Pizza Hut .
