Sigue gets 5th place trophy in int’l tilt
LIONELO Sigue of Pulse85 Fitness PlayGround Davao City received his fifth place trophy with pride and honor Saturday evening at the close of the International NAC World 2018 Championships held at the IC3 Convention Center in Cebu City.
Sigue placed fifth in the class four body building category among 10 other international competitors which came all the way from France, Malaysia, India and Iran.
The Muscle Beach Asia 2018 champion who is a Dabawenyo, in a Facebook chat with Sun.Star Davao, said to belong in the top six is already an honor considering that the event is an international competition.
"(Everyone witnessed) the big smile on my face after receiving a trophy from an international competition. Sobrang saya na makabitbit na naman ng panibagong karangalan," the 30-year-old muscleman said.
Sigue shared that this particular competition is rarely hosted in the Philippines which makes it more special.
"Once in a lifetime lang kasi ito na event mangyayari sa Pilipinas. For so many years, this is the biggest and most prestigious body building event happened in the country and I'm so proud to be recognized as the top five among others," the Pulse85 Fitness Play Ground coach added.
