We of the KABAYAN Party-list are hoping President Duterte will certify as urgent some of these proposed measures, and give special attention to the others.
These bills are consistent with KABAYAN Party-list’s vision of empowering Filipinos and its core advocacies of KABAYAN +2 (KAlusugan, paBAhay, kabuhaYAN, Edukasyon + OFW), and some of these are also in the President’s priority legislative agenda, primarily because they are anti-poverty measures and address specific sustainable development goals.
