IN CELEBRATION of its 15th anniversary, the Holiday Gym and Spa (HGS) will hold its annual Run All You Can on Sunday, July 29, in an out-and-back course from Holiday Gym and Spa along F. Torres Street in Davao City.

HGS sales and marketing supervisor Ted Uy bared this during the Davao Sportswriters Association (DSA) Forum held at The Annex grounds of SM City Davao yesterday.

The fun run for a cause will benefit the Kids of Hope cancer patients, a foundation HGS has been supporting for the past nine years.

“One hundred percent ng proceeds naming binibigay naming sa kanila. Actually the other day may binigay din kami sa kanila na school supplies,” Uy said, adding that they target

500 participants to sufficiently provide the best for the kids in the foundation.

Uy, however, said the event is open to members and non-members of the gym.

Registration fees are P175 (individual category) and P450 (group).

Uy said participants may run as much as they want within the two-hour cut off.

“The finishers of different distances will receive free gym passes depending on the laps they made,” Uy said.

He explained that the individual category has three categories with corresponding straw loops.

The 5K, which requires four straw loops, is equivalent to one gym pass while the 10K requires eight straw loops that is equivalent to two gym passes and the 15K will have 12 straw loops equivalent to four gym passes.

The run starts at 5:30 a.m. and will end by 8 a.m.
