TELEPERFORMANCE has reached another milestone as it celebrated its site's fivefruitful years in Davao City.

Teleperformance, popularly known as TP, prepared a half-day program filled with music and entertainment for its guests, and fitting recognitions to its hard-working and loyal employees last July 10 at the SM City Davao Annex Activity Area.

Everyone seemed fully awake and energetic that there was not a single trace of grueling night shift shown on the employees' faces.

With the way its employees celebrated enthusiastically, its people indeed brought Telepeformance to a higher ground.

“Our people are, and will always be, the company's greatest asset,” TP site director Ervin John Gok-Ong said in his opening speech.

As he welcomed the guests and partners, Gok-Ong also shared that change is the staple to the site's success.

"As we mark another milestone for the site, allow me to share to you my message for the team. We have been in Davao for five years and we have seen a lot of changes, big and small, and we have come out stronger each time. Our business is built on top of every single interaction our people have with customers. Every phone call, chat, and email - those are what make us who we are to our customers and that is how important our people are in this business. I urge everyone to recognize their teammates for the hardwork and dedication they put in their work and support them so they can be successful in each of those interactions we talk about," Gok-ong stressed.

Davao City vice mayor Bernard Al-ag, who was the keynote speaker, alongside with the likes of SM Supermalls mall manager Maria Lynneth Lopez, Rizh Abellano of the Philippine Red Cross, Shiena Procullos of Kythe Foundation, SIR Elementary School representative Eleonor Bantigue, Davao Inter-BPO League (DIBL) commissioners Mark Xavier De Guzman and L.A. Namuag, Business Process Outsourcing Association of Davao, Inc. (BPOADI) president Xavier Eric Manalastas and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Davao representative lawyer Samuel Matunog graced the program.

"We are happy that you continue to empower the people of Davao City," Alag, in his message to TP, said.

As TP continued to provide excellent service since 2013, genuine and dedicated people are the company’s force behind its surge.

They are the pioneering employees responsible for leading newbies to excellence and have continued to provide service beyond their call of duty up to the present.

To that, vice president for operations Trina Stone, Rich Loveland, Troy Ensminger and Rex Mangahas feted the employees who served the company all throughout the years.

As TP notched another year of reaching milestones, Gok-ong said TP will always provide the best service for its customers and give the best support its employees need.

“We might not be, and we don’t have to be the biggest but we certainly pride ourselves with the kind of performance we put up and the how we run our site with core values, which we incorporate in everything that we do,” the site director said.

The program was capped with the awarding of winners of the talent portion and a reggae jam with the Nairud sa Wabad.
