Imagine your typical fiesta food all in a box delivered to the comforts of your home and/or office.

These are all made possible by a new online-based food business in Davao City – Cheatbox.

“The response of the customers is positive and it is encouraging,” Mariecar G. Toredes, owner of Cheatbox said in an interview.

SunStar Davao posted photos of Cheatbox offerings a week ago and it garnered numerous positive reviews and inquiries from Dabawenyos. People are indeed drooling over a box filled with their favorite food. Who wouldn’t be?

The box is generously filled with Lechon, Lumpia Shanghai, Chicharong Bulaklak, and Kinupsan, plus Sukang Pinakurat.

Toredes said they started opening the business online after they thought of expanding their lechon house business offering native lechon. Their lechon house is located at San Francisco Street, Laverna Hills, Cabantian, Buhangin, Davao City.

Aside from its bestseller lechon box, Cheatbox also offers a Seafood Bilao.

“We offer free delivery with- in downtown areas, for customers located within southern Davao, we have meet up areas in Mintal, Puan and Toril,” she said.

Cheatbox sells 20-25 boxes in a week on an average.

“In the future, we are planning to establish a food counter, maybe before the year ends or early next year,” she said.

For those who want to put add on to their ordered boxes, it is also possible with Cheatbox, just pay additional charges depending on the product requested.

The Lechon box is available at P749.

Cheatbox can be reached through its Facebook page and contact them at (082) 327-3022 for landline, 0909-209-8827 or 0950-565-3576 for mobile.
