Water interruption in Toril, Lubogan

Davao City Water District advises of a water service interruption from 8 p.m. of October 26, 2018 until 6 a.m. of October 27, 2018 in some areas served by Toril and Lubogan Water Supply Systems.

Areas with no water are Green Praire, Batulosa Compound, Kadayawan Homes Phase 1-B, entire Bankas area, Kristina Homes 1, and from corner IWHA road and MacArthur Highway to Ideal Subd. including Sto. Rosario Village, Unggay Compound, Albeza Compound, Divino Compound, Tayo Compound, Dusnai Village, Torrejos Compound, Bartolini Compound, Paderog Compound, Balai Village, Ideal Subd., and Saavedra Neighborhood Assn., Inc.(SANAI).

Areas that will experience low water pressure to no water are Toril Country Homes, New Creation Subd., DLF Village, Don Lorenzo Subd., Dacoville Subd., Farland Subd., Sison Subd., and Villa Josefina Subd.

This water service interruption will give way to the installation of cut-in valve at Bankas Reservoir Compound to increase water pressure in the elevated areas in Brgy. Bankas served by DCWD.

On behalf of the DCWD management, general manager Engr. Edwin V. Regalado asks for the understanding and cooperation of would-be affected customers. They are also advised to store enough water prior to the scheduled water interruption. Water supply may be restored earlier if work goes smoothly or later if unforeseen problems arise. /
