It was four years ago when Arezzo Place Davao, PHINMA Properties launched its first half medium-rise condominiums in Davao City out of the goal to provide good home investment that can open life to better possibilities.

During the event, PHINMA Properties acknowledged the people behind the success, the homeowners and the prospect homeowners as they all have been a part of it. They offered as high as P100,000 discount to those who will have their reservations there and then.
The new units to be constructed are now at around P2.9 million.
