INVESTORS CELEBRATE LUNAR YEAR WITH AEON LUXE
Chinese New Year is the first and grandest celebration of the month celebrated by the Filipino-Chinese community in the Philippines including Davao City.
Davao City, which has built up its economic progress through its local business locators, has recognized that one of its biggest factors is the contribution of Chinese-Dabawenyos community in the city. That includes the proudly Davaoraised property development company Aeon Luxe Properties. Aeon Luxe Properties’ President Ian Y. Cruz is a born and raised Chinese in Davao City handling a big chunk of the family business of the mother company FTC Group of Companies Corporation. His desire to bring in a prestige business has proven his adoration and advocacy as a Dabawenyo.
On February 5, the company, together with their supportive agents, they welcomed the Lunar Year festively with a traditional lion dance performance by Davao Lion Dancers Association at Aeon Towers Showroom in Bajada, Davao City.
They say that the lion dance is believed to bring happiness, good fortune and chase away negative energies. The lion symbolizes power, wisdom and superiority which makes their performance accompanied by the music of beating drums, clashing cymbals and even resounding gongs festively loud.
Apart from the celebration, Aeon Luxe also had a partnership signing ceremony with a powerhouse cast of Marketing Arms such as Woody Yin of Go Dream Tours, Lifen Chen of Davao Oceancon, Doreen Alo of Colliers International, J Force Group, Triple X Group, KMP Realty, Callao-Soriano Realty, Mirasol Rader Group, Property Providers and DBHR Brokerage to name a few.
Investors from across Davao region were invited for a post-Chinese New Year VIP dinner at the renowned West Empire Restaurant on February 11. This is their first and special open house event where agents got a chance to present the project and close some sales to their invited clients. Aeon Luxe is beefing up their marketing campaigns both locally and internationally to increase awareness in the real estate and investment industry especially in Davao. “This is just a start for Aeon Luxe this year. The management is now preparing a series of exciting events and promos tailored for our agents and clients.
