SHARING OUR BEST PRACTICES

-

“The best preparation for tomorrow is doing your best today”. (H. Jackson Brow Jr). A quotation that best describes the achievement of Malino High School. Starting from polishing our practices and systems, down to the performing exceptionally well and being recognized as Improved Organization and Effective Leadership.

We did not just wake up one morning receiving all the praises and awards. We really work hard to improve our performance and we adapted the outstanding practices found inside and outside the school. We continue trained ourselves in the service in order for us to remain effective and not falling from satisfying our clients and most especially, we identified the opportunities that can be integrated to improve our services. At first, we thought that it will be impossible to achieve all of these, until we noticed that we are already at the end.

We really thank each and every one for all the awards and achievements… we tap each other’s shoulder just to believe that we will make it. As the saying goes “Coming together is a beginning, Keeping together is a progress, Working together is a SUCCESS”. Before, we really benchmark and compare how well we are doing compared to others, and how they manage to do it. Or simply, how can we be better? Today, we are already sharing what we have to other organizations. Starting from quality leadership, management, discipline, implementing health services, teaching strategies and techniques and most especially how to achieve Level II in SBM.

After obtaining 90% of our dreams, we still remain humble. We still remain kind. And we still work hard. Because we do believe that is our responsibility to share to others our best practices.
