Governor Lilia Pineda, together with former Mayor Rodrigo Canlas, led the distribution of the PhilHealth Member Data Records to the beneficiaries of the government’s Pamilyang Pantawid Pilipino Program in this town at the Municipal Multi-purporse area here.

During the distribution, Governor Pineda reiterated her goal to make health care accessible to all Kapampangans, especially to the poorest of the poor, through the help of their personal PhilHealth cards.

She disclosed that the coverage includes free medical check-ups, hospitalization and laboratory examination, among others at any public or private hospitals all over the provi n ce.

She urged the beneficiaries to maximize the use of their PhilHealth cards to ensure the health and wellness of their respective families which is the main goal of the program.

Canlas, for his part, extended his gratitude in behalf of Mayor Leonora Wong to the Provincial Government of Pampanga headed by Governor Pineda and PhilHealth team for giving such privilege to the people of San Simon.

Also present during the distribution were Vice-Mayor Keko Almario, councilors Glenn Yabut and Beda Pineda and board members Fritzie David-Dizon, Gerome Tubig and Pol Balingit.
