THE IMPACT OF TEACHERS TO YOUNG MINDS

Teachers are said to be the role model of the young generation. Everyday pupils obey what their teacher instructs them to do. They always listen attentively to her because if she calls your attention for being inattentive, you will be scolded or reprimanded for what you have done. You have to finish you projects or even your assignments because you will get zero as marked by your teacher.
Setting rules and regulations inside the classroom should be one of the priorities of the teacher especially at the beginning of the school year. In this case, pupils realized their duties and responsibilities as learners and at the same time they know their limitations and boundaries. Through this, you gain their respect and at the same time, they will be good followers. If this will be strictly implemented inside the class, pupils learn to be responsible, welldisciplined, and respectful.
Nowadays, it seemed that there were some teachers who are very poor when it comes to classroom management. She doesn’t know how to handle her class in a very orderly way. Every time she attends her class, pupils misbehaved, they don’t listen to her, and even continues her lesson without minding what her pupils do. This is just a result of negligence in implementing rules and regulations inside the class. “I am your teacher and you are just a pupil.” This should be emphasized to pupils.
Teachers should be given trainings and seminars on how to be an effective and efficient teacher inside the class. Especially pupils in this generation are facing new trends in science and advancement in technology. They usually acquire some bad habits which can be seen inside the class. Classroom management is very important for teachers to be effective inside the class so that whenever she teaches, pupils learn to look up to her.
A teacher will always be a teacher up to the very end. Everything that she plants will be harvested in the years to come. Pupils will always remember you if you have developed them and shared your knowledge and wisdom for them.
