(Aspire) first batch of homeowners are all smiles as they arrive in their housewarming ceremony prepared by Hausland Development Corporation (HLDC) to bless and turnover their dream home, last Sunday at Aspire’s pavilion. Marking their new beginning in their exclusive neighborhood, the families also planted tree saplings as a symbol.

Happy and excited, all 21 new homeowners together with their families graced the occasion as they finally harvest the fruit of their labor.

“We are very pleased to welcome our new homeowners because this is what they have worked for and we thank them for choosing us as their partner in building their dream home. Deciding to dwell in a community that is in between of two big cities of Pampanga – Angeles and San Fernando is a good choice,” said Nina Carlos, HLDC sales supervisor.

“More families could now enjoy the best of both mega cities and the convenience of highly accessible and exclusive community thru PagIBIG with the investment of only P 14, 980.01/ month, Carlos mentioned.

Carlos also added that homeowners truly deserve everything at Aspire and she’s looking forward for more families to choose Aspire as their home.

Homeowners also received homecare kit and manual to help them maintain the beauty of their investment. This was followed by a tree planting activity with the homeowners and HLDC employees.

Mary Jane Cayanan, Supervisor of the Corporate Communications and Advertising Division of HLDC said that, “we want the families to be involved in making this community greener.”

Joining the activity are Abenson and Cignal TV who offered special rates for the r esi d en t s. (Press Release)
