SUCESSFUL LEADERSHIP THROUGH COLLABORATED CULTURE

Sun.Star Pampanga - - PERSPECTIVE! -

In modern trend of education nowadays, school leaders develop a common and shared school vision and establish a culture of collaboration. The practice of collaboration enables the teachers, community and the school head to work together to meet a common goal. Collaboration culture can be built by putting minds together where team members share a wealth of information and combine their insights in various ways. By all these means, the sum is more vital than its parts.

School improvement is attainable when the school leaders practice their leadership styles through encouraging teachers and community to work with cooperation and share strategic plan which is focusing on the success of the organization. He work will be easier when there is specific task that is being designated too each member of the organization.

By creating a culture that values teachers and other stakeholder’s insights and listen to their feedback, school leaders can increase employee engagement, inspiring workers to more actively and dynamically approach the school’s goals.

Collaborative environment is really important in achieving the educational goals.

The implementation of the collaboration enables the school heads to motivate teachers to become productive in their assigned tasks.

It is encouraged that all school leaders and teachers should acknowledge that collaboration generally makes the world a better place. Highly collaborative organization create stress free environment, increase retention and loyalty and most of all produce a successful school management system.
