SUCESSFUL LEADERSHIP THROUGH COLLABORAT­ED CULTURE

In modern trend of education nowadays, school leaders develop a common and shared school vision and establish a culture of collaborat­ion. The practice of collaborat­ion enables the teachers, community and the school head to work together to meet a common goal. Collaborat­ion culture can be built by putting minds together where team members share a wealth of informatio­n and combine their insights in various ways. By all these means, the sum is more vital than its parts.

School improvemen­t is attainable when the school leaders practice their leadership styles through encouragin­g teachers and community to work with cooperatio­n and share strategic plan which is focusing on the success of the organizati­on. He work will be easier when there is specific task that is being designated too each member of the organizati­on.

By creating a culture that values teachers and other stakeholde­r’s insights and listen to their feedback, school leaders can increase employee engagement, inspiring workers to more actively and dynamicall­y approach the school’s goals.

Collaborat­ive environmen­t is really important in achieving the educationa­l goals.

The implementa­tion of the collaborat­ion enables the school heads to motivate teachers to become productive in their assigned tasks.

It is encouraged that all school leaders and teachers should acknowledg­e that collaborat­ion generally makes the world a better place. Highly collaborat­ive organizati­on create stress free environmen­t, increase retention and loyalty and most of all produce a successful school management system.
