Wouldn’t it be easier if you didn’t get graded for your work at school? No hassles, no more pressure!

But pressure to achieve doesn’t stay behind in your old locker after you graduate. It’s lurking about in one form or another all your life, so it’s best to learn to handle it now!

Feeling a bit of stress around a report card time has its up side. It can, and should keep you from flaking out and hitting game of thrones before the books or assignments. With the tough standards of good schools and many difficulties relating studies, high school can become a serious, very stressful and very unfun place. Add to that your parents with high expectations and you’ve got a good batch of stress brewing.

This kind of pressure can bring you into a whole batch of nasty things, including depression and sickness.

Does the pressure to get good grades sometimes make life so different?

Here’s some quick advice: KEEP THINGS IN PROSPECTIVE. Remember performing badly on one test may ruin your day but won’t ruin your life, there is a face behind the grades… preferably someone who’s well balanced and does more than study all day.

Yes, it is important to do the best in school, but other things are important too. One thing that’s more important than making good grades is LEARNING. Getting too stressout about your grades can actually keep you in learning. Try to concentrate on learning and let the grades take care from themselves. Don’t forget to take study breaks and enjoy other things in life.
