Del Mundo Group of Companies unveils DM Prime Building
A new complex is set to spice up and add vibrancy to Angeles City as young entrepreneur Jeffrey Del Mundo, founder and president of Del Mundo Prime Holdings Incorporated, on Wednesday opened the DM Prime Building along Henyfel St. in the business district of Balibago.
According to Del Mundo, the newlyopened building is the reality of his vision to put up a unique one-stop shop where his kabalens can work, dine, get fit, and enjoy the nightlife.
“Initially, I was looking for one location where I can merge all of my businesses with totally distinct elements but will complement each other, like a synergy, under one roof,” Del Mundo said.
“The structure will function as an office, fitness center, restobar, KTV lounge, and professional car wash and detailing, among others,” he added.
The building houses the following: Techno Global Infinity Solutions (a business process outsource (BPO) company); Lemon Bar and KTV (a thirst-quenching and wholesome family music place); Lemon Jar Cafe (which offers sandwiches, pasta, lemonades, and short orders); DMX Gym (a state-ofthe-art fitness center with boxing, Muay Thai, and weight lifting for health and fitness enthusiasts); and Shiners Pro Car Wash, Detailing, & Painting (a drive-thru car wash using the latest technique in the auto industry).

“Truly, my inspiration is Dr. Irineo Alvaro known to many as “Bong”. He is my boss, mentor, guru, industry partner, and a friend. He is like a father to me as he always reminded me of the old adage: Do not give him a fish, teach him how to catch his own fish,” he shared.
Alvaro, who graced the opening as the guest of honor, for his part, noted that he is proud of the achievements of Del Mundo.
“My congratulations go to Jeff and his team. This grand opening is a reality, a by-product of collaborative work and determination to achieve one’s goal in life. Who would’ve thought, many years back, Jeff as my staff, would one day be a success young entrepreneur,” he said.
