TEACHING: A BIG RESPONSIBILITY

There are many quotes or sayings connected to teaching. Teaching is not only a profession, but a MISSION, teaching is a VOCATION, teaching is a CALLING. These are just some of the quotes in the field of teaching. True enough that the profession is not just a task but a big RESPONSIBILITY.

Discrimination of knowledge is the primary obligation of a teacher. Intellectual capabilities of the learners depend upon how his or her teacher inculcated the lessons aside from the personal motivation of the student to learn. More often, pupils/ students rely on their lessons although it is equally the role of the parent to take a share for the educational development of their children.

Proper attitudes, manners, decorum or norms are not only the obligation of the parents but also accounted to teachers. The Big Responsibility of the teachers now comes in.

Teachers play an important role their students. The personality of teacher is a friendly teacher and a disciplinarian. The fair and square treatment of the teacher is so important among the learners.

The success of students is always regarded as the seeds of the collaborative efforts of the parents and teachers. As teachers, we are paid or compensated well but the real payment is our WORTH of students as they go out the school premises. Are they disciplined? Do they work effectively? If the response is positive then we took part in the BIG RESPONSIBILITY.
