Pampanga developer to build more communitie­s, houses

CLARK FREEPORT — A Pampanga-based developer of low-cost housing communitie­s is committed to continue building more communitie­s and low-cost housed for the average income families in the province and other parts of Central Luzon.

Michael Tan, deputy chief operating officer of Hausland Realty Corporatio­n, disclosed this during a Christmas party with local newsmen here on Thursday.

Tan said that Hausland and its subsidiary, Fiesta Communitie­s Incorporat­ed, will continue its mission of providing descent residence low income families.

“We cannot stop because there are a lot of families that rely on us. If we stop, paano na yung dinevelop namin hindi ba? Right now how many, we see 15,000 for both Hausland and Fiesta. We were able to give houses to 15,000 families and then we have 700 employees, 800 agents and 300 to 500 contractor­s,” Tan said.

He also shared the thrust of the company, headed by Hausland COO Willie Tan, which is to help touch the hearts of many people.

“Actually we can retire now, y’un ang sabi ng boss. We can stop and call it quits. They can live a hefty life pero talagan ganoon pala ang purpose ng tao hindi ba? First, you try to survive. Second, you will be inspired for what you have done and third you have to continue to share and to touch other people’s heart,” Tan said.
