Enrique Gil shares his experience working on his first fantaserye ‘Bagani’.

Enrique Gil is elated about being part of his very first fantaserye titled Bagani, which is set to be aired this year on ABS-CBN.

“It's great, it's awesome. It's also my first time so at least they get to see us [LizQuen] in a different light and actually it's fun shooting. Actually sobrang hirap siya compared to normal teleserye na drama but it's different and it's good. We grow as actors and it's my first fantaserye. Amazing stars, huge show and I am just happy,” he said in an interview with PUSH.

Enrique confessed that he was not able to anticipate how challenging it would be to do a series like Bagani. “[But] you know it's part of it, it's good, it's training, it's a learning experience, and it's a wonderful and exciting show to do,” he said.

More than anything, Enrique remarked that he is excited to be back on screen with Liza Soberano.

“We haven't been seen on TV for quite some time so you know we kind of miss it too and I’m sure the fans miss us seeing too so pasensya na sa kanila but that’s how it goes talaga and we really, really need to prepare time for that. It’s really a big show and it takes really time and siyempre pag ipapalabas siya gusto namin maganda talaga,” he stated.

He added, “Last show pa namin Dolce Amore and it has been a really long time and [I did] Seven Sundays and si Hopie preparing for Darna so you know we were just busy so much. I am just really eager to show it to the fans.”
