ASSURING QUALITY EDUCATION
RACHELLE P. RAZON
Making sure all is set, teacher’s attendance, students’schedule, school ground cleanliness, classrooms’orderliness, pile of student records and concerns are but few of the different responsibilities the School Head, Department Heads and Curriculum Leaders get busy with.
A day is never complete without these school aces who make sure of both teachers’and students’welfare while in school and who at the same time monitor school advancements for every curriculum year.
From mentoring to classroom monitoring, supervision is assured, the job is never easy but with joint effort of the School Head, Department Heads and the school ADAS no difficult task is impossible to do, no problem is without solution, and no limited time fails tons of work to submit.
Behind any school achievements and success, lies classroom teachers who develop skills to diverse students 8 hours a day.
Our salute to these school aces who never get tired to constantly follow up not just on students’academic status but on students’family status as well.
There are many responsibilities everyone is expected to uphold, the higher position you get, the more responsibilities are assigned.
