A workplace is a training ground for both skills and character. It is where people learn lessons which are not taught in schools.

Knowledge that can be acquired could either make or unmake a person especially if he is not mature enough to handle difficult situations.

The school, just like any other workplace, is not exempted from all the challenges that can test how strong a person is. Besides, this institution is a good training ground fot a person to become stronger, flexible, lenient and humble.

Being with educators is not easy because you have to be conscious of what you have to say and do. Teachers just like any other professionals have also their weaknesses. They also have shortcomings- a sign that they are normal human beings.

But imperfection is not also an excuse for misbehavior. Since teachers’major task is to mold young minds, they should set examples that can be emulated by their students.

They can be the models for patience, so that their learners will spend more hours to study. Models for humility so that their mentees will learn how to deal with different kinds of people with humble hearts no matter how successful they would become. Teachers could be the students’greatest model for perseverance so that the latter will not drop school no matter how hard their lives would be.

See? Teachers will always be the greatest influence to the students. That’s why they need to establish a harmonious environment in their workplace. Because if they do, the school will not only become the best training ground but a haven for all the students.
