A choice of Charcoal Grilled Rib-eye Steak with Poached Salmon Fillet or Duo of US Prime Roast Beef with Grilled King Prawn will be served with bread and butter, trio of green vegetables, sweet potato gratin, au jus and béarnaise sauce for the main cour se.
Completes the set menu is the Green Tea Matcha Cheesecake perfect balance for your sweet romantic night.
